Captain Underpants 4
The book says that there is a villain named Professor Poopypants that has a shrinking machine and a growing machine and also was laghed at a lot of students even the 2 kids named George Beard and Harold Hutchins that are always changing signs, and stuff. It means that if the world is in trouble, then there is only one hero who can save them, Captain Underpants. So if they didn't have a hero, then the world will be doomed.
