Survivor! (Social Studies)

We have begun a simulation in social studies to help students build their understanding how early ancient people adapted to their environment.  For the Survivor simulation the students have been placed in groups of 4 to 5 and they are role playing what their group must do to survive in the habitat they have been assigned.  They may be in a desert environment or a forest environment.  They have natural resources available to help them, but they need to determine how to use their resources to their advantage.
