This blog site is used by my 5/6 grade literacy students. We integrate our literacy with our social studies learning so connections to our writings are connected to this site also. We use this blog to communicate our literacy and social studies experiences. It is our hope that it will be an interactive blog with relevant comments peer to peer and also family members, other educators, and/or interested people. Our blog will continue to change with our learning.
The book is about Jane and a horse named Lacalot.When Jane loses her favorite horse a new horse comes. Lancalot is a handsome warm blood , but her is wild and a danger to people. Can Jane trust herself and Lancalot.
I am always curious how animals are given their names. Any idea how this horse was given the name Lancelot?
